Browntape Support

To add Bigcommerce as a channel in Browntape, follow these steps: 

  1)Log in to your Browntape account

  2)Click on ‘Channels’ 

  3)Scroll to the bottom of the page where all compatible channel icons are listed

  4)Click on ‘Add this’ under the Bigcommerce icon

   5) Once you click the button a form will load.

   6) Click on Refer to these instruction 

   7) The information required in this form will be available on your Bigcommerce Account 

   8) Login to your Bigcommerce store and hover your cursor over the settings option and click on legacy API settings in the settings page.

  9) Click on Create Legacy API account.

 10) Enter the username as Bigcommerce.

11) Enter the API Path in You Store URL and Enter the API Token in Your Bigcommerce API Key.
