ORDER PROCESS SCORE: Below the order process score we follow the following criteria: A.UNHAPPY WITH THE QUALITY The rating should be 2.55% failing to which the marketplace rating gets affected. Hence the quality of the products which the seller places on the marketplaces should be excellent making the customers happy about the products B.STOCK OUT CANCELLATION The rating for the stock out cancellation is 3.03% which means the stocks should be updated by the seller on the marketplaces to ease the purchases made by the customers C.PHYSICAL DAMAGE AND WRONG PRODUCT RECIEVED: This parameter gets affected when the customer receives a product which is physically damaged or a wrong product is being delivered to the customer. The rating required for this parameter is 0.78%. 2.
