Browntape begins to fetch orders as soon as a channel is added to it. The first time that Browntape begins to integrate a channel, it may take anywhere between 30 minutes to 240 minutes for it to integrate all the activity on the store till date.
After a channel has been integrated, Browntape continues to fetch orders at regular intervals. The more orders a channel has, the more frequent the channel is synced for orders. If the orders come in slowly from the channel, the syncing duration slows down. This is to optimised the processing on Browntape's servers.
Once you log in to your Browntape account you can choose the Channels drop-down list to either sync a particular channel manually at that time or choose to sync all the channels at once by clicking on ‘Sync Channels Now’ option at the bottom of the drop-down. The dropdown also shows the last time a channel was synced with Browntape.
