Browntape Support

By enabling this feature on eBay, Browntape will be able to change the stock of the SKU to zero on eBay if the delist switch is off on Browntape. 

To allow Browntape to make the stock of a particular SKU zero or OSS Kindly follow the below steps:

1. Login to your Ebay seller account

2. Hover your mouse over Account under My eBay 

3. Click on Subscriptions

4. Click on Site Preferences

5. Click on the Check box to enable the out-of-stock option and click on Apply to save the settings.

By enabling this feature Browntape will be able to change the stock of a particular SKU to OSS without delisting the SKU on eBay if the SKU becomes OSS on Browntape.
