Adding an Order:
For offline channels, you could create a new order on Browntape. This feature is enabled so that you could use the software as a POS (Point of Sale) software in your physical stores or create orders for channels which are not integrated with Browntape.
To add an order to an offline store, you are required to carry out the below steps –
> Login to your BrownTape app via the URL – http://app.browntape.com
> Click on Orders to your left and click on Add New Order.
> You will be asked to enter the – Product Details, Order Details and Customer Details. You will need to key in the details, in the columns as shown in the screen snaps below.

Upon submitting the details, the order will be saved.
