When some order do not fetch to browntape all you need to do is manually refresh the order sync for the particular channel.
Steps to manually refresh the order sync
1. Log into Browntape
2. Click on channels
3. Click on settings under the channel for which you wish to refresh the order sync for.
4. Click on refresh order sync and choose Last 7 days
5. All the order received for the last 7 day will be refreshed on Browntape.
Once the sync is complete, All the order which were not fetched to Browntape will be fetched.
