Once you connect your marketplace channels to Browntape, the software maps all the products you have listed on each channel. 

However, only if the SKUs match with a listing in Browntape, will the product be mapped.

If you have products on the marketplace, which you have not added to Browntape, these products will show under unmapped listings. 

Note: The inventory or orders for unmapped listings are not updated automatically on Browntape dashboard.

To view the unmapped listings,

  1. Log in to your Browntape account.
  2. Click on Inventory > Listing watch

  3. Right on top of the page, you will see the count of total and unmapped listings.
    In the example below, out of 131 listings in Tradus, only 83 is listed on Browntape.

  4. You can take a look at all unmapped listings by clicking on the Unmapped Listings button in Filters.
